Wiki means quick in Hawaiian. Anyone can add or edit content of a Wiki, even if, like me they have no training in or knowledge of html.I took a look at the Bull Run Library Wiki. It is maintained by one library patron.
It is open to the general public. There are some fun connections from the "Web", for instance, a description of what a "Librarian" should be.
Also looked at "Booklover's Wiki" at Princeton Public Library, their Summer Reading Club raffle included a gift certificate from the original "soup-man" as one of the prizes.
